1. What is your privacy policy?

2. Do you offer free returns? What is your return policy?

We generally do not offer free returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, shipped to the wrong address, or as a duplicate shipment, we will cover all return shipping costs—you will not be charged anything. For returns, please review our 30-Day Return and Refund Policy.

3. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most products come with a warranty. You can also purchase additional shipping protection and extended warranty services on the product page. Please read our warranty terms here.

 

2. Shipping

1. How long will it take to get my orders?

The order will take3–7 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10–25 business days, depending on your country and shipping method.

2.Which states in US are available for delivery?

At present, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery is not available for P.O. BOX or APO/FPO address, and PR, AK, HI, GU & Military States (AA, AE, AP).

3. What's the cause of damage to my product's cardboard packaging?

We sincerely apologize for any damage to your packaging. This may occur during long-distance transportation, which involves multiple handling processes such as sorting, loading, unloading, and transfer between carriers. Rest assured, this rarely affects the product itself.

4. If product is damaged during shipping, what should Ido?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 3 days and provide photos or videos as proof. Once verified, we will cover the return shipping cost or send replacement parts free of charge.

If the issue can be fixed with replacement parts, we’ll guide you through an easy self-repair process to avoid the inconvenience of returning large items.

  All orders on our site are processed securely through Shopify, ensuring robust data protection. Customers can feel confident knowing that their orders are handled securely through Shopify, a trusted platform known for its robust data protection measures.

 

4. Orders

       1. When will my credit card, or payment method, be charged?

  You will be charged at the time of order so that we can start the processing of your order and prepare the items for shipment.

        2.  I tried to use a coupon code, but it didn't work. Why can't use my code?

  There are couple possible reasons for why a coupon code didn’t work when you checkout. The coupon codes offered for our website are typically one use per customer only, so if it has been used by you before, it cannot be used again. Another reason could be that the coupon has expired.

        3.  Can l use a coupon on a previous order?

  Coupon codes cannot be used for previous purchases. They must be entered during checkout to be applied.

        4.  I just placed an order today and need to make a change on my order, can I?

  The order can be changed with 24 hours for free if your order hasn't shipped our yet. If your order is shipped out and we cannot change the order details.
