Manufacturer Limited Warranty

APPLICABILITY

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to products sold through Terragym’s authorized direct sales channels, including but not limited to Terragym.cn, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other officially designated platforms.

By using your Terragym product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Limited Warranty. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements or do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using your Terragym product.

Warranty Coverage

Under this Limited Warranty, Terragym warrants that each product purchased through authorized channels shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, in accordance with Terragym’s published product documentation during the applicable warranty period.

Terragym’s published product documentation includes, but is not limited to, user manuals, safety instructions, product specifications, in-app notifications, and official service communications.

The warranty period varies depending on the product and its components. The warranty period commences on the date of delivery to the end user.

Provided that the product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance, all Terragym-manufactured products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:

Obtaining Warranty Service

If your product fails to function properly in accordance with the warranty terms during the warranty period, you may visit https://www.Terragym.cn to obtain after-sales service.

Please provide valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or order number (for products purchased directly from Terragym).

Repairs or services not covered by this limited warranty may be subject to service fees. Please contact Terragym for specific service information in your region.

 

Exclusions — What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following circumstances or damages:

× Damage caused by fire, accidents, or any non-manufacturing factors.
× Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or alterations not performed in accordance with official instructions.
× Water damage or other issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or operation contrary to official manuals.
× Damage caused by non-authorized service providers.
× Damage caused by modification of internal circuits, improper battery or charger use.
× Damage resulting from operation under severe environmental conditions (e.g., strong wind, rain, sand, dust, or storms).
× Any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
× Loss or corruption of data stored on the product.
× Failures or damages arising from third-party products or integrations.
× Products or components with altered or removed identification labels.
× Defects resulting from failure to follow the product manual or safety instructions.
× Normal wear and tear on consumable items or cosmetic parts, including but not limited to pulleys, brake pads, resistance knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, adjustment knobs, covers, paint, finish, and other aesthetic components.
× Wearable parts requiring replacement as a result of normal use.
× Damage caused by improper storage, incorrect assembly, modification, misuse, abuse, accident, or lack of maintenance.
× Service requests for operational noises (e.g., squeaks, clunks, thumps, grinding) that result from insufficient or improper preventive maintenance.

 

Limitation of Liability

While in Terragym’s possession or in transit (if Terragym is responsible for transportation), Terragym shall be liable only for loss or damage occurring during that period.

Terragym is not liable for loss, corruption, or disclosure of any data, including personal, confidential, or proprietary information contained within the product.

Under no circumstances, regardless of legal theory (contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), shall Terragym, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers be liable for:

1.Third-party claims for damages;

2.Loss, damage, or disclosure of user data;

3.Special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

4.In any event, the aggregate liability of Terragym and its affiliates shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This limitation shall not apply to damages related to bodily injury (including death) or damage to real or tangible personal property where liability is imposed by law.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty, Terragym disclaims all other warranties, whether statutory, express, or implied, including but not limited to:

1.Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement;

2.Any warranty arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.

 

Terragym does not warrant—except as expressly stated herein—that the product, its accessories, or any related software will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from defects, errors, or harmful components.

Where applicable law prohibits the exclusion of certain implied warranties, the duration and remedies of such warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty and shall be restricted to repair or replacement, at Terragym’s discretion.

Certain jurisdictions may not allow such exclusions or limitations; therefore, you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.
