Shipping Origin

Most of our products are shipped directly from China.

Processing Time

Once your payment is complete, our warehouse requires 1–7 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.

We ship Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed on weekends and holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Costs

United States: Orders under $69 incur an $8 shipping fee; Express shipping is $15.

Other Countries: Orders under $69 incur a $25 shipping fee; Express shipping is $35.

Free Shipping

Most products qualify for free shipping. Orders totaling $69 or more qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Orders shipped to the United States will be delivered within 3–7 business days.

Other Products (U.S. Orders)

Estimated delivery is 10–25 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

All packages are delivered by our designated carriers.

Orders Outside the United States

Estimated delivery time is 20–35 business days.

Delivery times for destinations outside the U.S. remain unchanged.

Shipping Areas

We offer worldwide shipping.

For the U.S., we currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam, or military jurisdictions (AA, AE, AP).

How long does shipping take?

After placing your order, please allow 1–7 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on your country/region and the shipping method you selected.

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).

We are closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

How do I check my order status?

You can visit the “My Account” page

(https://www.terragym.cn) to view your order status.

Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Do you offer upstairs delivery?

All large appliance orders are limited to curbside delivery. Delivery personnel cannot carry items upstairs or inside your home.

Shipping Delays During the Holiday Season

During the holiday season (December through January), shipping carriers may experience delays due to a surge in orders or inclement weather.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure you receive your items by your desired delivery date.

Please note that our warehouse remains closed during the holiday season, and the standard order processing time of 17 business days still applies.

Note: The shipping times displayed at checkout refer only to transit time and do not include order processing time.

Split Shipments

Depending on the size or quantity of products, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

Shipping Exceptions and Delays

Terragym is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by the following:

· Remote Areas Packages shipped to remote areas may take an additional 12 days.

· Customer Actions Delivery issues resulting from address changes after shipment, incorrect or incomplete information, or refusal to accept the package.

· Force Majeure Events Delays caused by unforeseeable and uncontrollable events (such as severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions, or war).

· Restricted Items Products that cannot be shipped by air due to safety or security regulations (e.g., fragile items or electronics).

· Customs Issues Goods detained, confiscated, or disposed of due to local shipping or import regulations.

· Non-Business Days No deliveries are made on weekends, public holidays, or national statutory holidays.

· Restricted Access Areas Addresses located within schools, office premises, or residential areas.
